Returns/Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our handmade products and safety concerns returns/exchanges are not available. All products sold are final sale.
• No refunds, changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.
• If you receive the wrong product other than what is stated on receipt, please contact us via email Detroitsoapco@gmail.com within 2 days of dated delivery please include order number and a photo of products received and we will be happy to send you the original ordered product.
• Please note due to high temperatures in the summer months products like body butter, whipped sugar scrub & whipped soap may melt during transit please note if this occurs Detroit Soap Company LLC. is not responsible for inclement weather and this will not be considered a damaged good although not in its original "WHIPPED" state all ingredients & benefits remain the same & can be used as such.
